Food grade Titanium Dioxide powder is used as a whitener to help achieve that bright white look. It also helps to create a great base white icing for purer colours and can reduce butter bleed.
Directions:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of Titanium Dioxide per kg of icing sugar before mixing in liquids.
