Shipping is available across South Africa.

Shipping options: 

• Free Economy Shipping on orders over R750. 
• Economy Shipping flat rate R95. Transit time 1-5 working days depending on area. Western Cape 1-2 days, other main centers 1-3 days, regional areas 3-5 days 
• Express Shipping R195. Transit time 1-2 working days

Please note, shipping transit time is calculated from date of dispatch. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we do not have any control over unforseen delays that may occur.

We know you are excited to get your order so we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, within 48 hours. During peak times when order volumes are high we may encounter delays. Should we encounter delays, you will be notified via email. Orders that include custom design cookie cutters will take 1-3 days to dispatch, from receipt of design image.

Please check transit time under 'Shipping' to see how long it will take your order to reach you after dispatch.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments via Visa and Mastercards through Payfast our secure payment gateway  

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 10-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we will replace or refund
• Timing: we have a 10-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused and undamaged
• For returns, please email sales@icedshop.co.za with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. Should an item become unavailable, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method  for the goods - we will ship your package within 3 business days.
