Can’t find the stencil you’re looking for? Let’s create it!

If you have a specific design in mind that’s not available on our site, we’d love to help bring it to life. Simply email your image to sales@icedshop.co.za and we’ll take it from there!

🖼️ Stencil Specs:
All custom stencils are sized to our standard 14 x 14 cm format.

⚠️ Image Guidelines:
Not all images can be turned directly into functional stencils. To ensure the best result, we may need to simplify details and add bridges to keep the design intact and easy to use. Once we receive your image, we’ll guide you through any changes needed.

🚫 Respecting Original Designers:
We do not replicate other designers’ work. Please don’t send images of existing stencils to copy. If you’re inspired by a design you've seen, we’re happy to help create something similar — with original touches or modifications to make it your own.

📦 Lead Time:
Custom stencil orders require a little extra time. Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. If you’re working toward an event or deadline, be sure to order ahead.

🔒 Custom Design Policy – Usage & Ownership

We’re passionate about helping you create unique cookie designs! While we don’t charge a design fee, please note:

• All custom artwork and stencil/cutter designs remain the property of Iced.

• By submitting a custom request, you agree that Iced may add your design to our online store.

• If you’d prefer your design to remain private and not be resold, please reach out before placing your order — we’ll gladly discuss exclusive-use options.
